Account Rep/Business Developer

Quality Office Liquidations and Furniture is a growing company that provides quality re-purposed office furniture and systems to our customers within a 100-mile radius of our 40,000 sq foot Stockton, CA warehouse.  To assist our customers with their needs we also provide space planning/design, delivery and installation of our products.  We pride ourselves on promoting sustainable practices, products, services and corporate waste recycling in order to offer innovative environmentally preferred resolutions to our customer’s office furniture needs.

Summary:

The QOL Account Rep/Business Developer position is a critical part of the Sales Team and interacts with all facets of QOL for a smooth functioning company and customer experience.  This position is responsible for business development and selling our products to new and existing customers.  The QOL Account Rep will present an image that will assure customers/clients that they are dealing with a professional, reliable company.  

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop new and existing clients through networking, community involvement and participating in events in which QOL partakes.
  • Utilize personal & community contacts to develop new business for QOL.
  • Provide exceptional customer service that exceeds our clients expectations.
  • Establish and maintain effective work relationships with new and existing clients through a high degree of professionalism and excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work with our company team to promote a positive company image internally and with clients.
  • Follow up on leads and relationships provided by QOL and those that are self-generated.
  • Initiate, develop, and consummate sales utilizing internal support resources including admin, design, and operations.
  • Assist with collection of your past due accounts.
  • Attend sales planning sessions and provide status reports to the sales and management team on sales status, new challenges, opportunities, service failures and client concerns.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma required, College degree preferred
Valid California Driver’s license with driving record that's acceptable to our insurance company
2 - 3 years account representation or support
